Description
The front doors to the Governor's Point Condo in Covington Kentucky are leaded glass with a leaded glass transom. Built in 1926 as a hospital, it is now condominium apartments. My father lived here in the early 2000s and he loved the architectural details of the exterior of the building. In this piece, I focus on the art deco doors.
This piece is based on a photograph which I digitally painted to give it more of a simplified yet textured feel.
