Cincinnati's Union Terminal is an iconic landmark opened in 1933. It is a wonderful example of art deco architecture. Originally a busy train station, the building now serves as home to the Museum Center. There are stories that it served as the model for the Hall of Justice for the superhero comics.

I am a Cincinnati, Ohio based artist. I work in vitreous enamel, painting, and photography. My art is improvisational. Like jazz music, it requires expertise but also fluidity and experimentation. And as a feminist who believes, following Audre Lorde, that Poetry is not a Luxury, I see artistic self-expression as a way to be human and whole. Creating works of art and photography offers me an opportunity to give shape to my place in the world. The work I do is quite diverse as my interests are diverse. My art has been exhibited in several juried exhibits in museums and galleries around the country.
